About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Director, Sales with passion to reach every level in an enterprise and do E2E process of growth and expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join our fast growing Sales team where every person has a key influence on the Company.
Requirements
- Manage complex sales cycles starting with discovery, building and managing relationships, to the close of business.
- Own the customer relationship and act as a quarterback bringing resources together to execute on customers needs.
- Acquire new business by building a network of customers and industry contacts to facilitate sales development and successes.
- Partner closely with the Business Solutions team to sell the Five Sigma value and architect solution packages based on client requirements.
- Prepare proposals that outline consultative solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop referrals and reference accounts by building long-term strategic relationships.
- Provide thought leadership in ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges.
Compensations package:
Base of 160-175K USD Annually W/commissions plan
